Mubes Himatif FMIPA Unpad melantik keanggotaan pada badan eksekutif maupun legislatif di BK Himatif FMIPA Unpad. Dalam keanggotaan Mubes Himatif FMIPA Unpad terdiri dari Anggota DPA Himatif FMIPA Unpad dan satu perwakilan angkatan tingkat 3 selaku pemegang kekuasaan dalam sidang, yaitu Presidium I, Presidium II dan Presidium III. Secara umum Presidium I bertugas memimpin sidang, Presidium II bertugas untuk mencatat jalannya sidang, dan Presidium III bertugas sebagai pengingat waktu.
